Language is a very powerful weapon. On a daily basis, we speak in negative terms with out even knowing it or realizing it and by doing that, we block important business opportunities.

As a salesman or women we cant say NO to innovation in our business. Its simply a part of what we do. Everyday we have to face harder obstacles to get through to our clients, and if we don't innovate the way we approach them, are business is doomed to fail.
