To reset your password contact us here and ask for a new password. If you forgot the email address you registered, please send us your complete name through “Contact Us”. We will send you as soon as possible your log in email. If you know your password and would like to change it, you can do so in the Profile section by clicking on your Edit Details. To access your account, enter one of the following pieces of information into the "Email" field on the login page, enter your password into the "Password" field, and click the "Login" button:
“The email and password don´t match or you are not registered”<br> • Make sure that your caps lock key is turned off, then try to log in again.<br>• Make sure that you are spelling correctly the information.<br>• If you were unable to log in after making sure your caps lock key was off, then try resetting your password here. You can add or edit your email addresses from the Settings tab of the Profile page. |
