After you complete the sign up form, you can sign in and complete your profile information. The system should never ask you for a user name.
The information the systems asks for in order to sign up are:

• Email
• Email confirmation

If you have all ready activated your account, please check the sign up information is correct. In order to be eligible to sign up for S4DS, users must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
