If you deactivate your account from the "Profile/Edit Profile” page, please keep in mind that other S4DS users won’t be able to view your profile or any of your information. This means, that you won’t be an S4DS user anymore. If you wish to reactivate your account, we save the information from your profile (friends, photos, etc.). You will be able to use S4DS as you did before. 1. Click the Profile. 2. Click on the "Edit Profile" tab. 3. Click on the “Save” tab located at the end of the page. Go to the Profile Tab and click on “Edit Profile”. If the time stamps you see on S4DS are incorrect, your computer’s time settings are probably wrong. S4DS uses your computer’s time settings, so please make sure this information is correct. You can adjust the privacy settings at the Privacy tab in your profile. If you choose the “Friends” o “Just me” you will be choosing the most private option. If you wish to have a very private profile, this is the ideal configuration. However you must realize that some persons will have trouble identifying you. No, S4DS does not provide a functionality that enables you to track who is viewing your profile, or parts of your profile, such as your photos. What we can see is the number of visits made to our profile by clicking on the “Profile” tab, under your profile picture “Profile visits”. Contact information refers to who can see your contact information (email address, mobile phone, etc.). To view and edit your Contact Information settings, go to the Privacy Settings un the Profile tab. Select who can see each type of information from each corresponding drop-down menu. To upload a profile picture: 1. Go to “Profile” and select “Change Profile Picture”. 2. Select "Browse" to find a photo on your computer to upload. 3. Select the photo to upload, check the box certifying that you have the right to distribute the picture and that it is not pornography, and click "upload picture." If the picture is an acceptable size and file type, it will display. All notifications, friend requests, and new messages will appear in the upper left corner of the site next to the “Inbox” tab. When you have a new notification, a red bubble will be displayed over the corresponding feature with the number of new notifications you have received. Simply click on the icon to view or take action on new notifications. Please make sure you have not adjusted your email notification settings from the”Profile” tab.
